She served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dryden Wealth Management, and Chief Branding Office of Prudential Financial. Carol currently serves on the boards of several firms including the Joy2Learn Foundation. Prado Capital Group Advisory Board and Abaxio Cyber Security Services.

He is an accomplished executive with a history of delivering high growth results, turning around distressed organizations in addition to serving as a Senior Executive and Board member in the telecommunications and publications industry.

Linda M. Fonner is the Global Chief Financial Officer of Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd., a global specialty receivable management company. She has vast global experience in advising multinational businesses on financial strategies and worldwide operations. Linda held several leadership roles at global firms including Singapore for Atotech Limited, Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS), West Pharmaceutical Services, etc. Ms. Fonner is a licensed CPA and holds certifications in internal audit, information systems, risk management, fraud, compliance, and ethics.
